Source, supply line, treatment station and reservoir for the Fundulea zonal system", within the project "REGIONAL PROJECT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE OPERATING AREA OF THE REGIONAL OPERATOR IN CALARASI AND IALOMITA COUNTIES, IN THE PERIOD 2014-2020", code SMIS 2014+ 152614, a contract whose purpose is the works of construction for the design and execution of works for the extension and rehabilitation of drinking water treatment plants and supply pipes in the water supply system in Calarasi County, including: - Design activities referring to the detailed technical project; the project will include, among others, all the necessary documents (such as memoranda, drawings, calculations, etc.) for the elaboration of the Technical Project in accordance with national legislation and any documentation necessary for obtaining construction permits. - Technical assistance from the designer; - Preparation of the documentation necessary to obtain the authorizations and approvals required for execution • Construction works for: Sector 1: Local water supply system in Calarasi Municipality Sector 2: Local water supply system Visinii Sector 3: Zonal water supply system Fundulea For all the above-mentioned investment objectives, the following activities will be performed: • Supply and installation of technological machinery and equipment • Carrying out all the necessary works for automation and data transmission, in local SCADA and regional SCADA • Testing and commissioning • Monitoring and providing assistance/consultancy to the responsible personnel during the Warranty Period, when necessary • Remedying any defects that may have occurred during the 36-month Warranty Period. • Training of the Beneficiary and/or Operator personnel All activities must be carried out in compliance with the legislation and technical regulations in force, applicable to the specifics of the investment objective. Intellectual property rights over the design documentation are fully transferred to the beneficiary, upon receipt of the documentation. The technical and economic documentation provided shall be prepared by economic operators or authorized individuals who provide design services in the field.
