The necessary amount should be allocated for: - road reconstruction, including transport and storage of excavated soil, reconstruction of the road system according to the existing situation on the ground, - following the laying of the gas pipeline, the reconstruction will be carried out with appropriate and compacted materials according to the regulations in force, and the verification and rehabilitation of the affected / reconstructed surfaces (asphalted road, concrete ditches, sidewalks) during the warranty period will be the exclusive obligation of the contractor and at his expense within a maximum of 30 days from the finding. The finding can be made by both the contractor and the beneficiary, - network deviations, reconstruction, remediation of affected municipal networks are the responsibility of the contractor and at his expense.
