Design and execution of works within the project "EXTENSION OF WATER SUPPLY NETWORKS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DOMESTIC SEWERAGE NETWORK IN BURJUC COMMUNE, HUNEDOARA COUNTY"

The COMUNA BURJUC in Romania from Europe region had released this tender for This project proposes: - the extension of water supply networks in the villages of Petresti, Bradatel, Glodghilesti and Tisa; - the establishment of the sewage network in the villages of Petresti, Bradatel, Glodghilesti, Burjuc, Tatarasti and Tisa, in the Burjuc commune, aiming at improving the social, economic situation and a dynamic of human development of the population. Domestic wastewater will be collected and then transported by septic tank to the existing treatment plant in the Ilia locality. This project will modernize the existing treatment plant in the Ilia locality to ensure the new capacities resulting from the implementation of the project. For the execution of the water supply networks, pipes made of PEID PE100 PN10 or PEID PE100 PN16 will be used depending on the need with diameters ranging from De63mm ... De110mm, joined by thermofusion or electrofusion. For the execution of sewer collectors, PVC-KG SN4 DN200 and DN250mm pipes will generally be used, with tight joints, in compliance with the installation and operating conditions imposed by the manufacturer. The resistance and stability of these pipes is conferred by the resistance to temperature variations, abrasion and corrosion, chemical, mechanical and seismic agents. The water supply networks and the domestic sewage networks will be located on the public domain, along the streets of the locality, outside the roadway as much as possible, near the border with neighboring properties. The works fall into the category of importance “C”-normal (according to HGR no. 766/1997) and class "III" of importance (according to the normative P100-1/2013). The total estimated value of the contract is: 72,040,486.97 excluding VAT, of which: - Environmental protection development: 200,629.49 lei excluding VAT - Technical documentation necessary to obtain approvals/agreements/authorizations: 370,000.00 lei excluding VAT - Technical project and execution details: 1,685,500.00 lei excluding VAT; - Technical assistance from the designer: 670,000.00 lei excluding VAT; - Construction and installations: 65,462,493.00 lei excluding VAT; - Installation of technological and functional equipment: 199,200.00 lei excluding VAT; - Equipment, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly and transport equipment: 3,081,000.00 lei excluding VAT; - Site organization 371,664.48 lei excluding VAT.
