DESIGN AND EXECUTION SERVICES FOR THE INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE "CONSTRUCTION OF GIURGIU COUNTY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL – PHASE I (ONCOLOGY AND NEUROLOGY DEPARTMENTS)"

The JUDETUL GIURGIU in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The contract will provide all design services and any other related services necessary for the approval, approval, authorization and execution of the works related to the investment objective. The design solutions will ensure the optimal use of financial resources, respectively an optimal ratio between investment and maintenance costs. Design services The requested design services refer to the development and, where appropriate, updating of all technical and economic documentation provided for in art. 1, para. (2) of GD no. 907/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, with the exception of the conceptual note, the design theme and the SF. Design services: - Development of documentation for obtaining approvals/agreements, including the Fire Safety approval; - Development of technical documentation for obtaining the building permit (DTAC); - Development of the technical design + CS and execution details (PTh+DE); - Development of economic documentation, at the P.Th. phase; - Technical assistance to the designer during the execution of the construction works; - The designer is obliged to update at his own expense the Technical Project, DE, the documentation required for approval and any other documents issued by him, whenever necessary. The periods related to the issuance of the approvals, as well as those arising as a result of the clarifications requested by the approvers, are not included in the time schedule of the design and execution activity. EXECUTION OF WORKS CONDITIONS REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT The activities will begin immediately after the signing of the contract and the establishment of the performance guarantee, in accordance with the contractual provisions. The works will be executed in compliance with the technical project, respectively, the building permit and the project subject to change, as well as in accordance with the technical regulations in force. The detailed description of the acquisition is presented in the content of the award documentation. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation. To the extent that requests for clarification are received at least 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all such requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. We therefore recommend that economic operators exercise due diligence and formulate any requests for clarification promptly; with tender notice no. 715830-2026 published on 16 Oct 2026.
