Modernization of the thermal energy production and transport system in the Călimănești Locality - Realization of a geothermal water extraction well - Realization of a thermal point and equipping it with technological machinery and equipment - Realization of a thermal agent transport network in order to interconnect with the existing network - Realization of repair works at existing thermal points and replacement of boilers using natural gas with heat exchangers OB 2. Realization of a thermal energy production and distribution system in the Seaca locality - Realization of a fully equipped geothermal water extraction well - Realization of a thermal point and equipping it with technological machinery and equipment - Realization of a thermal agent transport network from the well to the thermal point The provisions of this section are supplemented by the provisions of the Specifications. The number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. Total estimated value: 53,841,056.19 lei, excluding VAT, of which: I. Design and technical assistance services: 510,000.00 lei II. Execution of works: 53,331,056.19 lei. The value of various and unforeseen expenses, respectively 4,792,158.97 lei, is not included in the estimated value. Contract duration: 12 months, of which: 3 months for design and 9 months for execution of works.
