The NATIONAL ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT COMPANY SA in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The object of the contract for Design and Execution Supervision Services "Modernization of DN71 Baldana - Targoviste - Sinaia, km 0+000 - km 44+130 widening to 4 lanes and km 51+041 - km 109+905 road to two lanes, Sector 2: Targoviste - Sinaia km 51+041 - km 109+905 road to 2 lanes" will consist of providing high quality supervision services, both during the design and execution period of the works, as well as during the warranty period of the works, in order to monitor the correct use of the available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, in particular with regard to the duration, quantity, quality and cost of the design and works. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (2) of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The deadline for responding to clarifications was established so that economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the award documentation and, subsequently, to prepare tenders in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority. In accordance with the provisions of art. 104 paragraph (8) of Law no. 98/2016, the Contracting Authority opts for the subsequent purchase of new similar services from the tenderer whose bid will be declared the winner in this public procurement procedure in the amount of 3,080,000.00 lei excluding VAT, the value representing 20% ​​of the estimated value of the contract (excluding provisions and implementation reserves). The Total Estimated Value of the contract (including similar services) is 20,269,000.00 lei excluding VAT. The minimum value of the interval in Section II.1.5 represents the estimated value of this procedure, according to which the offer will be prepared and evaluated, and the maximum value of the interval in Section II.1.5 represents the estimated value that contains both the estimated value of this procedure and the value of possible new similar services according to art. 104 paragraph (8) of Law no. 98/2016. with tender notice no. 694178-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
