The MUNICIPIUL BACAU in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The object of the contracts resulting from this procedure is the development of the DTAC and PTh phase design documentation as well as the execution of all works identified in the specifications and the Technical Project for the execution of the works developed following the award of the contract, for each of the 2 acquisition lots (respectively Lot 1 – Section 1 and Section 4 - 6,673 Km of network, Lot 2 – Section 2 and Section 3 - 2,307 Km of network and includes but is not limited to: - development of documentation to obtain all necessary approvals and authorizations from all local, regional and national authorities requested in the Urbanization Certificate and their obtaining; - development of the project/technical documentation to obtain the Building Authorization (PAC/DTAC); - development of documentation to obtain the ISCIR preliminary approval for the pipes/supplies that will be used in the execution of the works and which are under the incidence of ISCIR (if applicable); - developing the Technical Project for the execution of the works and the Execution Details, with the approval of the certified technical verifiers and the CTE Opinion of the SACET Operator; - developing the execution details; - developing the Safety and Health Plan on the construction site; - preparing the AS-BUILT Documentation; - preparing the Technical Book of the construction and installations (pipelines) carried out; - developing all the memoranda and substantiation notes requested in the design and execution phase of the works both for the smooth continuation of the execution of the works and at the request of the POIM financier (AM POIM) or other authorities; - ensuring technical assistance from the Designer throughout the execution period of the works; - purchasing all materials and products, all machinery, means and equipment (including any lifting or handling equipment) necessary for the execution of the works; - ensuring any temporary activities or works necessary for the preparation of the construction site, or any authorization necessary for the Contractor from the competent authorities for the execution of the works and the performance of the activities and works temporary; - the transport to the site of any materials, machinery, components and work equipment, of any normal or extraordinary means necessary for the execution of the works; - any relevant testing and tests, such as these testing and tests required by the legislation and regulations in the field of the quality assurance system in construction; - the provision of any consumables necessary for the execution of the works and the performance of the tests; - the maintenance of the works until their handover to the Contracting Authority; - the provision of the activities and consumables necessary to keep the site clean and functional, as well as the activities and consumables necessary for the assembly,dismantling and removal of any temporary works; - preparation of any documentation necessary for the Contractor for the execution of the works, documentation which includes, but is not limited to: - general schedules for the realization of the public investment (physical and value); - quality plan for execution; - quality control plan; - certifications and results of material tests; - development of manuals and operating instructions. with tender notice no. 683943-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
