The JUDETUL MEHEDINTI in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for DESIGN PHASE WHICH IS THE OBJECT OF THIS PROCUREMENT: Technical Design and Execution Details (PT+DE) for the buildings of Stage I, Specifications for the execution of the works and technical assistance from the designer. Preparation of the Technical Design and Execution Details (PT+DE) for the restoration, consolidation and enhancement works of the walls of the Ada-Kaleh fortress, certified technical verification of the documentation, specifications for the execution of the works, as well as technical assistance from the designer throughout the execution of the works, the related costs being those provided for in the financial offer. STAGE I – TECHNICAL DESIGN AND EXECUTION DETAILS (PT+DE) The technical design will be drawn up in accordance with the provisions of GD no. 907/2016, based on and in strict compliance with the technical solutions, Scenario 2 – minimal and the technical-economic indicators approved by DALI, without the need to supplement the quantities of works or modify the execution technologies provided, and without exceeding the approved value. - TECHNICAL VERIFICATION OF THE PROJECT The certified technical verification services of the technical-economic documentation are an integral part of this procurement, with an estimated value of 130,000 lei, excluding VAT, according to the general estimate approved by DALI. The Provider is obliged to ensure, through certified personnel, the technical verification of the documentation at the DTAC, PT and DE phases, as well as during the period of technical assistance for the execution of the works (Stage III), for all fundamental requirements applicable to the documentation. - STAGE II – TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE WORKS Development of the specifications for the execution of the works. - STAGE III – TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE DESIGNER The designer is obliged to respond to the Contracting Authority's request regarding his presence on the site, upon notification of the Site Manager/Contracting Authority or whenever the situation requires it, as well as to participate, upon request, in meetings with the Site Managers and/or the State Construction Inspectorate. If the quantities resulting from the measurements differ from those entered in the lists of quantities in the technical documentation, their confirmation by the designer is required, through a Site Order, approved, as appropriate, by the project verifier and the technical expert, and these will be regularized through Order/Waiver Notes, under the terms of the execution contract. Throughout the execution, until the acceptance at the completion of the works, the designer: - will offer solutions to deal with any non-conformities that may arise; - will respond to the Purchaser's requests regarding ensuring compliance with the project and the required quality level; - will resolve non-conformities, defects and inconsistencies that arise during execution, through technical solutions, with the beneficiary's agreement; - will monitor, on the construction site,the use in execution of materials and technologies provided for in the project (masonry and mortars compatible with the historical structure). The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates is 20 days.
