In this context, the Price List/Price Schedule, prepared by the Contracting Authority, broken down into levels 1 and 2, will not have associated lists of quantities (these will be prepared in the process of preparing the Technical Project, in accordance with the provisions of point V of Annex no. 10 to GD no. 907/2016), the price list being used, primarily, to establish a uniform way of preparing financial proposals. Design period: 3 months. Execution period: 24 months. The terms and conditions of the contract also include a guarantee for the execution of the works of at least 3 years (36 months). THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT IS 75 MONTHS, WHICH INCLUDES: DESIGN PERIOD, EXECUTION PERIOD, WARRANTY PERIOD AND EXTENDED WARRANTY PERIOD. SUSPENSION CLAUSE: The contracting authority specifies that it will conclude the contract with the successful bidder only to the extent that the funds necessary for the acquisition will be ensured by allocating budgetary credits for this purpose by concluding an Additional Act to the financing contract by 28.12.2026. If, for any reason, the budgetary credits will not be allocated, the contracting authority, after receiving the notification regarding the non-granting of financing, reserves the right to cancel the award procedure, provided that there is no other source of financing, in accordance with the provisions of art. 212 paragraph (1) letter. c) sentence 2 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, making it impossible to conclude the public procurement contract."
