The Consiliul Judetean Dambovita in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The public procurement procedure for the execution of county road modernization works, for the investment objective "Development of the county transport infrastructure by modernizing DJ 712 (Pucioasa - Brănești - Vulcana Pandele - Șotânga - Târgoviște), DJ 720 C (Gura Ocniței - Ocnița) and DJ 720 A (Gura Ocniței - Adânca - Bucșani - Mărcești - Finta - Postârnacu - DN 1A)" involves the conclusion of 3 contracts for the execution of county road modernization works, related to the 3 lots, according to the award documentation. The works related to Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 fully comply with the technical norms regarding the design and construction of public roads, and consist mainly of: DESIGNED ROAD SITUATION - Lot 1: In order to bring the road to the technical parameters that provide optimal conditions of safety and road comfort, the project provides for: - Execution of modernization works; - Execution of works for the collection and evacuation of rainwater from the road area; - Traffic safety works. - Modernization of the three bridges, from km 7+680 over the Valea Popii stream (Scurgere), from km 8+400 over the Vulcana stream and from km 15+700 over the Ialomița river. DESIGNED SITUATION ROAD - Lot 2: In order to bring the road to the technical parameters that will provide optimal conditions for road safety and comfort, the project provides: - Execution of modernization works; - Execution of works for the collection and evacuation of rainwater from the road area; - Traffic safety works. - Modernization of the 5 bridges, 3 on DJ720C, respectively 2 on DJ720A. DESIGNED SITUATION ROAD - Lot 3: In order to bring the road to the technical parameters that will provide optimal conditions for road safety and comfort, the project provides: - Execution of modernization works; - Execution of works for the collection and evacuation of rainwater from the road area; - Traffic safety works. - Rehabilitation or modernization of the four bridges. The works will be executed according to the descriptions in the specifications and related documentation, and the quantities will be according to the technical project. The duration of the works is 36 months, for each lot. The execution of the contract begins after the provision of the performance guarantee and receipt of the starting order. Notes: 1. In accordance with the provisions of art.160 paragraph (1) of Law no.98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and completions, the deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is a maximum of 25 days before the deadline for submitting bids. 2. In accordance with the provisions of art.160 paragraph (2) of Law no.98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and completions,the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
