"Energy renovation of the "Paul Dimo" Technological High School, Building C1 - School, Building C10 - Canteen, Building C12 - Dormitory" - execution of works

The Municipiul Galati in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Municipality of Galați implements the project "Energy Renovation of the Technical School "Paul Dimo" Building C1 – School, Building C10 – Cafeteria, Building C12 – Dormitory", Project Code C5-B2.1.a.-1724. The estimated value of the contract is 33,307,490.72 lei without VAT, comprising: Chapter 2.1 – Expenses for ensuring necessary utilities for the objective – 235,862.29 lei without VAT; Chapter 4.1 - Construction and installations – 28,455,228.98 lei without VAT; Chapter 4.2 - Installation of technical and functional equipment – 569,445.49 lei without VAT; Chapter 4.3 - Technical and functional equipment requiring installation – 3,787,524.36 lei without VAT; Chapter 4.5 - Equipment – 19,320.00 lei without VAT; Chapter 5.1.1 – Construction works and site organization – 240,109.60 lei without VAT; Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders: - 30 days before the deadline for tender submission established in the participation announcement for the first term - 18 days before the deadline for tender submission established in the participation announcement for the second term. In accordance with the provisions of Articles 160 and 161 of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to clarification requests/information requests related to the assignment documentation within two terms as follows: - the first term in which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is - the 23rd day before the deadline for tender submission; - the second term in which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is - the 11th day before the deadline for tender submission established in the participation announcement. with tender notice no. 681619-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
