CPV CODE: 09134200-9 Diesel (Rev.2), as follows: a. supply and delivery of bulk fuels (diesel), for machinery and other equipment, from the car park of the BACAU MUNICIPAL PUBLIC UTILITIES SERVICE b. delivery and installation at the purchaser's premises of a mobile diesel distribution station, respectively STORAGE TANK with a minimum capacity of 8,000 liters with a feed pump (minimum flow rate 65 1/min) which will be made available to the Bacau Municipal Public Utilities Service under a consignment contract during the period of the framework agreement, for 12 months. EURO 5 diesel must meet the provisions of the current European standard EN 590: 2022 (replaces the previous version EN 590+A1:2017) and those of GD. no. 15 / 2006 Decision amending and supplementing Government Decision no. 689/2004 on establishing the conditions for placing gasoline and diesel on the market. It is also necessary to deliver and install above ground at the purchaser's premises a MOBILE DISTRIBUTION STATION for diesel, with a storage tank of minimum capacity 8,000 liters with a feed pump (minimum flow rate 65 1/min) which will be made available to the Bacău Municipal Public Utilities Service under a loan contract for the duration of the framework agreement, for 12 months. The contracting authority intends, based on the framework agreement, to conclude at least 1 subsequent contract - maximum 3 subsequent contracts, within the limits of the approved budget and estimated quantities, as follows: 1. Subsequent contract 1: from the completion of the subsequent contract concluded based on the framework agreement AC C14/16.03.2026 until 30.04.2027; 2. Subsequent contract 2: May 2027- December 2027; 3.Subsequent contract 3: from 01.01.2028 until the completion of new procedures, as the case may be, in the event that the quantities estimated in the framework agreement have not been consumed, until the completion of the public procurement procedure for the conclusion of a new framework agreement for the following year (in the event that the quantities estimated in the framework agreement have not been consumed, but no later than the completion of the public procurement procedure for the conclusion of a new framework agreement for the following year).
