Execution of pipe and connection replacement works and construction of new natural gas distribution for Delgaz Grid SA 4 lots

The DELGAZ GRID S.A. in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Delgaz Grid, as the holder of the Natural Gas and Electricity Distribution Licenses, benefits from an exclusive right to provide the natural gas and electricity distribution service through the distribution systems licensed by it, in the localities specified in the annexes to the licenses, through the provision of activities with a natural monopoly character within the meaning of Law 123/2012. In the context of natural gas, being the holder of the license for the natural gas and electricity distribution activity, it has the quality of a contracting entity, within the meaning of art. 4 para. (1) let. c) of Law no. 99/2016 on sectoral procurement and is obliged to apply Law no. 99/2016. The objectives of the Framework Agreement / subsequent contracts are the execution of works to replace natural gas pipelines and connections and the creation of new natural gas distributions for Delgaz Grid SA, in all localities (villages, communes, cities) related to the counties of Arad, Alba, Bacău, Bihor, Bistrița Năsăud, Botoșani, Caraș Severin, Cluj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Iași, Maramureș, Mureș, Neamț, Satu Mare, Sălaj, Sibiu, Suceava, Timiș and Vaslui, depending on the requests for access to the system submitted to Degaz Grid SA. The materials made available by the contracting entity will not be offered by the economic operators participating in the procedure. An op.ec. may apply for one or more lots. Any interested op.ec. has the right to request clarifications or additional inf. in relation to the documentation. To the extent that requests for clarification are received at least 20 days before the deadline set for the submission of applications, the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all such requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of applications, in accordance with art. 173 of Law 99/2016. The EC will only respond to requests for clarification addressed by economic operators by the deadline set. (cont. art. 29 paragraph (3) of the HGR).
