(1) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 20 days before the deadline for submission of bids, and the deadline within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 12th day before the deadline for submission of bids, in accordance with Art. 161 of Law 98/2016. with tender notice no. 679553-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
