Execution of works at the objective "Modernization of DN 56C km 0+000 – km 60+375"

The NATIONAL ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION COMPANY SA through DRDP Craiova in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The general objective of the Contract is to ensure road safety, increase travel comfort, and operate in the medium or long term. The specific objective of the Contract is the execution of the works for the objective: "Modernization of DN56C km 0+000 – km 60+375". The requested activities: the activities to be carried out The following activities must be carried out by the Contractor within the framework of the Contract resulting from this procedure: - execution of the works to achieve the objective i. Purchase/rent/leasing/other commitments to make available all necessary materials and products, all machinery, means and equipment (including any lifting or handling equipment) necessary for the execution of the works; ii. any temporary activity or work necessary for the preparation of the site, or any authorization required by the Contractor from the competent authorities for the execution of the works and the performance of temporary activities and works; iii. transport to the site of any materials, machinery, components and work equipment, of any normal or extraordinary means necessary for the execution of the works; iv. any relevant testing and trials, such as these tests and tests required by legislation and regulations in the field of the quality assurance system in construction; v. any consumables necessary for the execution of the works and the performance of the tests; vi. normal and extraordinary maintenance of the works until their handover to the Contracting Authority; vii. activities and consumables necessary to keep the construction site clean and functional, dismantling and removing any temporary works or activities; viii. preparation of any documentation necessary for the Contractor to execute the works, documentation which includes but is not limited to: 1. General schedules for the realization of the public investment (physical and value); 2. Quality plan for execution; 3. Quality control plan; 4. Certifications and results of material tests ix. Documentation of the information necessary for the Technical Book of the construction, including documentation of the operating instructions. Note: A) Pursuant to art.160 paragraph 1 of Law 98/2016, amended and supplemented, the deadline by which economic operators interested in participating in the procedure public procurement have the right to request clarifications regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. B) In accordance with the obligation provided for in art.160 paragraph 2 of Law 98/2016, amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A),will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the time limit mentioned in point B) and as a result any request for clarification sent outside the time limits mentioned will be considered late.
