Complete replacement of the roof. Both the ceramic tile roof and the folded galvanized sheet metal roof. The proposed roof will be made of natural color scale ceramic tiles, and the folded sheet metal painted RAL 8023. 2. Replacement of degraded elements of the roof structure. 3. Fireproofing and antifungal treatment of the roof structure elements; 4. Complete replacement of the floor above the last level, except for the floor the rear (south) body P+1E, whose condition is good and does not present any structural degradation or hazards. 5. Repair or replacement of gutters and downpipes made of RAL 8023 sheet metal. 6. Establishing and implementing an appropriate chromatic solution, in the spirit of the Secession style, a solution approved by the Bihor County Directorate for Culture. 10. Restoration of decorative elements according to the original ones (braces, window frames, cornices and other decorative pieces that no longer exist) and reconditioning those that require this; 11. Restoration of the glazed tile cladding on the ground floor of the building; 12. Restoration of the two reliefs representing the menorah guarded by lions; 13. Masking or eliminating the existing cables on the facades and moving the meters for reading consumption at various utilities in the inner courtyard or in other places where this is possible; 14. Removing the degraded plaster on the pediments. 15. Straightening, repairing, restoring or, if this is not possible, replacing or completing the metal structures: grilles, railings, supporting elements of the slats or other construction elements, as well as protecting them by painting or covering with rabit mesh and plastering, etc.; 16. Replacing the window sills, sheet metal skirting boards where necessary; The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the documentation The award period is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
