The Targoviste Swimming Resort is located on Calea Ialomitei Street, no. 9, in the Targoviste Municipality, Dâmboviţa County and is owned and managed by the Targoviste Municipality's ATU. The urban land belongs to the public domain of the Târgovişte Municipality according to the Land Registry no. 92953, with an area of ​​114,464 sq m. The swimming pool on the land no.
