The project "Restoration, consolidation and enhancement of the building "Fusea-Parvulescu House" (LMI code DB-II-mA-17248) in Târgoviște, Dâmbovița County" will be implemented in the Municipality of Târgoviște, Calea Domneasca, no. 208 and meets the needs of urgent interventions for the consolidation and renovation of heritage buildings that are faced, in most cases, with inadequate infrastructure and are in an advanced state of degradation. Fusea-Parvulescu House - a historical monument, is one of these buildings that requires such an investment, as the local public administration wants to preserve the authentic Romanian spirit and personality, align with European standards and last but not least, the desire to provide citizens with safety. The works to be performed are presented in the specifications. According to the General Estimate, the estimated value of the works contract is 4,846,828.90 lei excluding VAT and is composed as follows: total estimated value = 1.2 Land development + 1.3 Environmental protection improvements and bringing the land to its initial state + 2.1 Expenses related to providing the utilities necessary for the operation of the investment objective + 4.1. Constructions and installations + 4.2. Installation of technological and functional equipment + 4.3.
