Ground floor: Includes the following functions: main public access area, cloakroom, public toilets, toilets for people with locomotor disabilities, hallways, access stairs, elevators, commercial spaces, medical office, storage and technical spaces. Floor 1: Includes the following functions: level 1 foyer, VIP area, public toilets, toilets for people with locomotor disabilities, hallways, access stairs, elevators, commercial spaces, storage and technical spaces. Site organization = 8,841,660.73 lei excluding VAT Total estimated value of expenses 492,851,348.79 lei excluding VAT, respectively 596,350,132.04 lei including VAT, value according to the general estimate of the objective Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, in compliance with the deadline set by the contracting entity. Number of days until which economic operators may request clarifications regarding the award documentation before the deadline for submission of offers: 21 days.The contracting authority will only respond to requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators by the established deadline, namely 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
