The Municipiul Iasi in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The object of this contract consists of the execution of works to achieve the objectives of the project: "MODERNIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IAȘI" code SMIS 354434, in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Project (PTh), the Execution Details (DDE) and the Specifications. Lot 1 - "CONSTRUCTION OF A GYMNASIUM AT THE "GHEORGHE I. BRATIANU" HIGH SCHOOL"; Lot 2 - "EXTENSION OF THE "NICOLAE IORGA" HIGH SCHOOL"; Lot 3 - "EXTENSION OF THE "VERONICA MICLE" HIGH SCHOOL"; Lot 4 - CONSTRUCTION OF A SCHOOL SPORTS HALL AT THE "OTILIA CAZIMIR" SCHOOL - EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING BUILDING"; Lot 5 - "CONSTRUCTION OF A NURSERY AND DEMOLITION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING. The Municipality of Lași will conclude a contract/contracts for works (in lots), in accordance with the legislation in force and according to the Financing Contract no. 1016/28.05.2026. By achieving this objective, an important step is taken towards promoting an active and balanced lifestyle among young people, but also in supporting education through modern means. The investment reflects the commitment of local authorities to support educational performance and personal development in a framework that encourages learning, collaboration and civic involvement. The project contributes to the improvement of the educational infrastructure, offering students modern and adequate spaces for carrying out educational activities. Through this investment, it is aimed not only at the development of young people, but also at creating a complete educational environment, adapted to current needs and oriented towards performance and well-being. The main categories of works requested for all 5 lots include, but are not limited to: 1. Infrastructure and superstructure works of buildings; 2. Interior and exterior finishing works; 3. Sidewalk and exterior landscaping works; 4. Electrical installation and energy supply works; 5. Sanitary installation works; 6. Thermal installation works; 7. Low-current electrical installation works. Total estimated value of the contract: 61,765,777.48 lei excluding VAT, taking into account the estimated global value of all lots (according to the GENERAL ESTIMATES drawn up for each lot separately), not including in the calculation of the estimated value (total value of the contract/estimated lot value) miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses as well as expenses related to the budget margin and for the establishment of the implementation reserve for price adjustment (General Estimate Chapter 7) Number of days until within which economic operators may request clarifications regarding the award documentation before the deadline for submission of tenders: 21 days. The contracting authority will only respond to requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators by the deadline set, on the 14th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
