The MUNICIPIUL ORADEA in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Execution of works of "Facade and roof rehabilitation, carpentry repairs, company signage and construction site organization at the building located in Oradea, str. Republicii no. 3 - 5 (Mercur)." In order to achieve the objective of ensuring the enhancement and safety of the built stock located, both in the Urban Ensemble - Historical Center of Oradea, as well as in the UAT - Oradea Municipality, the Oradea City Hall supports the efficient management of the built heritage, the safety of the public domain, the increase of tourist and investment attractiveness, raising the civic awareness of citizens who own properties in buildings classified as LMI or in protected built areas classified as LMI, the clarification of legal situations in which bona fide owners who, on their own initiative, want to rehabilitate the buildings, the mobilization / attraction of financial resources for the implementation of the rehabilitation works. This work proposes the rehabilitation of the interior and exterior facades, the roof and the roof covering, signage and site organization of the building located within the built-up area of ​​Oradea Municipality, in the Urban Ensemble - Oradea Historical Center, on Republicii Street no. 3 - 5 (Mercur). The works to be carried out are: - restoration of the degraded exterior plaster; - restoration of the plaster in the access corridors; - chromatic painting of the facades and the base; - replacement of sheet metal gutters and downspouts with zinc gutters and downspouts; - replacement of the current exterior carpentry with new carpentry; - removal of cables from the facades and their introduction into the plaster; - washing and cleaning of the exposed brick veneer; - replacement of the rainwater collection system and introduction under the roadway; - replacement of the degraded elements of the roof; - restoration of the galvanized sheet roofing; - fireproofing of the woodwork; - restoration of the wooden eaves; - construction site organization works: installation of a storage container in the inner courtyard, PSI picket, ecological mobile toilet.
