Execution of works regarding the investment objective "Modernization of DJ 595 D Moșnița Veche-Giroc"

The JUDETUL TIMIS in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for This procurement deals with the modernization works of the existing county road DJ 595D, which runs within and outside the built-up area, over a length of 12,090 m (12.09 km) and ensures the connection between the localities of Moșnița Veche and Giroc, respectively a new connection with the Timișoara Bypass (VTM). The duration of the works is 36 months from the date of issuing the order to start the works by the beneficiary, according to the award documentation. The modernization works include the following types: A. Road works - modernization of the county road with one lane per direction; - arrangement of 10 roundabouts - bicycle paths - sidewalks - intersections with side roads and streets; - accesses to properties; - bus stops; - parking lots; - construction of rainwater collection and drainage devices; - construction of footbridges; - traffic safety elements; B. Railway works The works necessary for the modernization of the level crossing with the railway CF 125 Timișoara - Buziaș, from km 9+701.10: - installation of elastic slabs at the ends of the elastic slabs related to the modernized TN; - connection of the external TN slabs with the modernized sidewalk; - placement of parapets at the boundary between the roadway and sidewalks; - placement of the SAT type train approach signaling installation without semi-barriers; - relocation of the TTR pole in the km 8+607 area where the FO route is installed C. Electrical installation works - lighting of roundabout intersections D. Natural gas transmission works - replacement of the natural gas distribution network and the branches connected to these networks, which supply the existing buildings on the projected county road sector DJ 595D - protection of natural gas transmission pipelines DN 200 Foieni - Timișoara I and DN 400 Timișoara I - Timișoara III, according to the project “Protection of existing natural gas transmission pipelines DN 200 Foieni - Timișoara I and DN 400 Timișoara I - Timișoara III, at the intersection with DJ 595D, Moșnița Veche - Giroc, Timiș County” E. Telecommunications works - construction of an underground infrastructure consisting of HDPE/PVC pipes and communication shafts to secure telecommunications networks underground and aerial and ensuring the connection to the communications network of future subscribers. The works will be executed in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Project developed by the design company – SC Iriconstruct SRL, and of the Building Permit no. 7 of 26.05.2026 issued by the Timiș County Council. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, on the 12th day before the deadline established for the submission of offers, provided that the requests will be addressed at least 22 days before the deadline established for the submission of offers. Clarifications submitted after this deadline will no longer be taken into account.The total estimated value of the works execution contract - is 119,041,724.00 lei, excl.
