The MUNICIPIUL BACAU in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The object of the contract resulting from this procedure is the execution of all works identified in the award documentation: specifications and the Technical Project presented as an annex to the documentation and includes: 1. ARCHITECTURAL WORKS, 2. STRUCTURAL WORKS, 3. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WORKS (low currents, external networks/connections), 4. HEATING INSTALLATION WORKS (interiors, ventilation, central heating, external heating networks), 5. SANITARY INSTALLATION WORKS (interiors, water supply and sewage networks, hydrants), 6. EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION WORKS. The purpose of the project is to increase energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the public buildings of the "Ștefan cel Mare" National Pedagogical College in Bacău Municipality. To achieve this goal, the project provides for the implementation of an integrated package of in-depth energy rehabilitation measures, the use of renewable energy sources and the modernization of educational infrastructure, which aims at: - thermal rehabilitation of the envelope and building elements; - modernization of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and lighting installations; - installation of a photovoltaic panel system for the production of energy from renewable sources; - application of measures to increase the safety, comfort and accessibility of educational spaces; - use of materials and technologies with reduced environmental impact, in accordance with the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle. By implementing these measures, the project directly contributes to the Specific Objective RSO2.1 - Promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, related to Priority 3 - A region with environmentally friendly localities, financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within the operation "Investments in public buildings to increase energy efficiency". The implementation of the project supports the transition to a low-carbon economy, improves the quality of the built environment and contributes to the creation of modern, efficient and sustainable educational spaces, for the benefit of the local community. The term of execution of the works is 30 months from the date mentioned in the starting order. The minimum guarantee for the execution of the works is 5 years (60 months) from the date of reception to the completion of the work, cf. Art. 7 paragraph (3) of Law 10/1995 (the constructions fall into category B of importance). Offering a period of guarantee for the execution of the works less than 5 years, the offer will be considered non-compliant. The equipment guarantee (requested in the F5 technical sheets) will be correlated/equal to the offered works guarantee, respectively at least 60 months from reception to the completion of the works. In the event of offering a period of guarantee for the equipment less than 5 years, the offer will be considered non-compliant.In the event that an additional work warranty is offered (over 60 months - maximum 84 months), the warranty on the equipment included in the work must be the same as that of the work. with tender notice no. 681925-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
