Execution of works to achieve the Investment Objective "Construction of social housing - 100 housing units in the City of Topoloveni, Remaining to be executed"

The ORASUL TOPOLOVENI in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The contract aims to acquire the execution of construction - assembly works related to the Investment Objective "Construction of social housing - 100 housing units in the City of Topoloveni, Remaining to be executed", respectively the completion of the investment by executing all remaining works, necessary for the commissioning and reception of the objective, in accordance with the approved technical-economic documentation, the building permit, the technical project and the execution details. The object of the contract is not limited to the execution of the quantities of works provided for in the lists of quantities, but includes all the activities necessary for the realization of complete, functional constructions and in compliance with the quality, performance and safety requirements established by the investment documentation and by the applicable technical regulations. The investment is part of the category of new constructions intended for housing and is carried out based on the approved technical-economic documentation, the building permit and the technical execution project. The works that are the subject of this contract represent exclusively the works remaining to be executed, as identified in the technical documentation and in the lists of quantities. The nature of the contract for the remainder to be executed imposes on the contractor the obligation to integrate the newly executed works with the existing ones, so that, upon completion of the contract, the construction constitutes a unitary whole from a structural, architectural, functional, energy and installation point of view. The executed works must integrate the application of the solutions proposed in the project, in order to comply with the NZEB requirements, as established by MC00l/2022, according to the Report on the minimum requirements for compliance of a building with nearly zero energy consumption (NZEB) carried out in accordance with Law 327/2005 updated in 2021 and Order 16/2023 for the approval of the technical regulation Methodology for calculating the energy performance of buildings, indicative MC00l/2022. The estimated value of the contract does not include miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. These will not be offered by economic operators, but may be used during the execution of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016, updated. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information on the 9th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers, according to art. 161 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016, updated. with tender notice no. 677224-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
