The MUNICIPIUL ALBA IULIA in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The investment objective FLUIDIZATION OF ROAD TRAFFIC THROUGH SUSTAINABLE URBAN MOBILITY MEASURES - CONSTRUCTION OF A GREEN MOBILITY CORRIDOR ON THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF ALBA IULIA MUNICIPALITY SMIS Code 349615 was approved for financing within the PR Centru 2021-2027 a program whose completion date is December 31 2029 The object of the procurement includes the following components A Execution of the works related to the mobility corridor The contractor will execute based on the documentation made available to the bidders documentation that is an integral part of the award documentation namely the DTAC PTh documentation and the related Specifications the works for the construction of a category II street with a length of 2 3 km and a design speed of 50 60 km h The execution of the works will be carried out based on the Building Permit No 578 of 30 10 2025 which is also part of the award documentation The main works are construction of four traffic lanes two in each direction construction of lanes dedicated to public transport construction of the two overpasses over Br ndu ei and Orlea streets arrangement of sidewalks and bicycle paths construction of the six bus stops arrangement of intersections and roundabouts construction of rainwater collection and evacuation systems construction and modernization of municipal networks construction of vertical and horizontal road signs construction of public lighting with a remote management system installation of the video surveillance system arrangement of green spaces and installation of urban furniture performance of all related works necessary for the operation of the facility B Design and execution of the works resulting from the coexistence study The coexistence study concerns the existing electrical networks under the administration of Distribu ie Energie Electric Rom nia SA DEER Alba Branch affected by the construction of the mobility corridor For the works resulting from the study the contractor will ensure verification of the real situation of the networks in the field development of the technical project and execution details correlation of the documentation with the technical project of the road and the passages verification of the documentation by authorized specialists transmission of the documentation to DEER Alba Branch for analysis and approval obtaining the necessary permits and approvals execution of the approved works carrying out tests checks and commissioning of the affected installations preparation and delivery of the final and as-built documentation The works may include depending on the solutions established by the coexistence study the protection diversion relocation modification or decommissioning of the affected electrical installations The design and execution activities will be carried out by economic operators holding ANRE certificates corresponding to the type of works and the voltage level of the installations The documentation will be verified by authorized specialists according to the applicable regulations In accordance with the provisions of art 160 paragraph 1 of Law no 98 2016 with subsequent amendments and completions the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers In accordance with the provisions of art 160 paragraph 2 of Law no 98 2016 with subsequent amendments and completions the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification additional information 11 days before the deadline established for submission of offers to the extent that they are addressed within the deadline established in the tender notice with tender notice no. 666914-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
