The National Arena Stadium hosts at national and international level, estimated sports competitions at an average of 72 matches annually. In this sense, the lawn surface must be made and maintained in the imposed standards, according to FIFA and UEFA recommendations as well as the requirements of the organizers of the football matches on the National Arena Stadium.
Purchasing complete and efficient services, interventions, materials specific to sports fields covered with hybrid lawn (seeds, fertilizers, etc.) as well as products/equipment/consumables necessary for existing systems in equipping the national arena, have the purpose of obtaining and maintaining to a high-performance and optimal quality grass carpet, which corresponds to both the technical-functional and aesthetic requirements.
The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request additional clarifications or information in relation to the award documentation is maximum 22 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
The deadline in which the contracting authority will be clearly and completely respond to all the clarification / additional information is on the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
Any request for clarification must be transmitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
