FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - 48 MONTHS - Supply and installation - urban furniture elements in Brasov Municipality

The MUNICIPIUL BRASOV in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The object of the procurement is the conclusion of a framework supply agreement with the following object: Supply and installation - urban furniture elements in the Municipality of Brașov The main activities requested include, but are not limited to: Supply and transport to the locations indicated by the beneficiary within the Municipality of Brașov of new urban furniture elements (benches, trash cans, planters, chess sets, ashtrays and the like); Specific assembly, anchoring and fastening/fixing works and operations in the ground (with expanded clay, clamps, threaded rods or foundation/placement, as appropriate) of urban furniture elements; Technical information and conditions regarding materials: delivery of products made of ductile iron, steel, treated wood (with FSC certification or equivalent) and reinforced concrete/granite or marble mosaic structures, provided with anti-corrosion protection according to applicable standards; Signage and protection of assembly/placement areas until the completion of reception and entry into use of the products, in order to prevent accidents; Execution of touch-ups and finishes at the assembly site, as appropriate, for the appropriate aesthetic framing in the architecture of the landscaped area; Ensuring the storage and guarding of the products at the suppliers expense until installation in the field and the conclusion of the reception minutes. The products and quantities related to the framework agreement concern the following types of urban furniture: 1) Bench with backrest and cast iron legs: 850 pieces; 2) Bench with backrest, cast iron/steel legs and side armrests: 850 pieces; 3) Metal trash can with concrete side legs: 750 pieces; 4) Small rectangular wooden planters: 170 pieces; 5) Large wooden planters (cubic/rectangular): 170 pieces; 6) Chess set (table with two benches): 210 pieces; 7) Applied stainless steel outdoor ashtray: 450 pieces. Information regarding the framework agreement: Duration of the framework agreement: 48 months. Frequency of subsequent contracts: Subsequent contracts will be concluded annually or whenever necessary, depending on the needs of the authority and the approved budgetary allocations. The term for supply, installation and commissioning is a maximum of 90 days from the issuance of each delivery and installation order. The duration of the last subsequent contract may exceed the duration of the framework agreement provided that it is concluded during the validity period of the framework agreement. Estimated values: Maximum estimated value of the framework agreement: 14,798,500 lei excluding VAT. Minimum estimated value of the framework agreement: 876,900 lei excluding VAT. Maximum estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 5,054,000 lei excluding VAT. Minimum estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract: 876,900 lei excluding VAT. This Framework Agreement will be concluded without resuming the competition, with a single economic operator, based on which, during the 48 months, distinct subsequent contracts will be awarded, depending on the needs. According to the provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016,with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority establishes a deadline within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the requests for clarification/additional information of the tenderers as follows: The number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates is 20 days.
