The NATIONAL ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION COMPANY SA through DRDP Craiova in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Execution of routine maintenance works – road aesthetics and water drainage year I – IV – DRDP Craiova: Lot 1 SDN Craiova, Lot 2 SDN Tr. Severin, Lot 3 SDN Tg. Jiu, Lot 4 SDN Rm. Valcea, Lot 5 SDN Slatina. The execution of road aesthetics and water drainage works will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of: - "Regulations on the maintenance and repair of public roads" - ind. AND no. 554-2002, approved by the Decision of the Director General of AND - RA no. 13/2002, of the technical regulations and standards in the field in force. - "Nomenclature of administration, operation, maintenance and repair activities on public roads" approved by the Order of the Minister of Transport no. 346/2000, annex no. 1 and no. 2, cap. B, indicative 101.2. and with the price descriptions presented in the specifications. The works included in the "Nomenclature of administration, exploitation, maintenance and repair activities on public roads", approved by Order of the Minister of Transport no. 346/2000, will be adapted to new technologies. The current maintenance works - road aesthetics and water drainage that will be executed are exempt from the obligation to obtain a building permit according to art. 11, paragraph 1 letter k) of Law 50/1991. The description of the works for current maintenance - road aesthetics and water drainage on the DNs in the administration of SDN 1-5 are presented in the Specifications lot 1-5, including within the annexes attached to the 5 specifications. The Purchaser will issue the Order Note/Work Commencement Order under the Subsequent Works Contract within 5 days from the establishment of the GBE after the establishment of the Performance Guarantee and the Insurance which will cover, from the commencement date until the acceptance report upon completion of the works - in the single phase, all risks regarding the persons actually involved, the works performed, the machinery, work installations, equipment, materials in stock, its own personnel and representatives empowered to verify, test or receive the works, as well as the damages or prejudices caused to the beneficiary or third parties, natural or legal persons, throughout the validity period of the contract, and at the request of the SDN within whose radius the works are performed. Note: A) Pursuant to art.160 paragraph 1 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which economic operators interested in participating in the public procurement procedure have the right to request clarifications regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. B) In accordance with the obligation provided for in art.160 paragraph 2 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders.
