Framework Agreement for Cleaning and Sanitation Services at the facilities managed by the Markets and Buildings Administration Service and the Administrative and Supply Service (3 Lots)

The MUNICIPIUL BACAU in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The object of the framework agreement is the provision of cleaning, sanitation and disinfection services for indoor and outdoor spaces, divided into 3 lots: • Lot 1 – Municipal markets: Central Square, South Square, Wholesale Market, Milcov Bazaar and Serbanesti Auto Fair; • Lot 2 – Administrative Headquarters: 94C Pictor Theodor Aman Street, Bacau; • Lot 3 – “Radu Beligan” Summer Theater: 39 bis Vasile Alecsandri Street, Bacau. For Lot 1 and Lot 3, the provider provides and delivers cleaning materials, disinfectants and hygiene and sanitary consumables, based on monthly orders. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 36 months, with a single economic operator for each lot. The estimated value of the framework agreement is 3,996,801.00 lei excluding VAT, divided as follows: Lot 1 – Municipal Markets Services 2,774,880.00 lei excluding VAT Materials 181,397.00 lei excluding VAT Lot 2 – Administrative Headquarters Services 760,320.00 lei excluding VAT Lot 3 – “Radu Beligan” Summer Theatre Services 259,200.00 lei excluding VAT Materials 21,004.00 lei excluding VAT A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 36 subsequent contracts will be concluded for each lot, with a duration between 1 and 6 calendar months. In application of the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016, in conjunction with art. 103 para.
