Framework agreement for maintenance works, maintenance of installations and systems, repairs, including capital repairs, consolidation, rehabilitation, modernization and increasing the energy efficiency of buildings/real estate under the administration of Sector 5 of the Municipality of Bucharest

The Sector 5 (City Hall of Sector 5 Bucharest) in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The Contracting Authority, Sector 5 of the Municipality of Bucharest, intends to award a framework agreement for maintenance works, maintenance of installations and systems, repairs (including capital repairs), consolidation, rehabilitation, modernization and increasing the energy efficiency of the buildings/buildings under the administration of Sector 5 of the Municipality of Bucharest. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the technical, financial and operational conditions necessary to maintain the managed buildings at the appropriate parameters of operational safety, functionality, energy performance and compliance with the technical regulations in force, for the purpose of continuous public use and continuous improvement of the conditions related to the activities carried out in these buildings. The framework agreement will establish the terms, conditions, as well as the legal, financial, technical and administrative framework for the award of subsequent contracts during the validity period of the framework agreement, in order to ensure the execution of the works described in the Specifications. The works will be carried out at the buildings/properties under the administration of Sector 5 of the Municipality of Bucharest, identified in detail through subsequent contracts, based on the real needs of the Contracting Authority. The minimum and maximum estimated quantities of the works are presented in the Annex "Sector 5 Buildings" to this documentation, structured by categories of works (demolition/demolition, resistance, architecture, thermal insulation, carpentry replacement, terrace thermal-waterproofing, finishes, electrical/sanitary/thermal/gas/ventilation installations, external networks, equipment installation, site organization). These quantities represent ESTIMATES of quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement and do NOT represent the exact quantities that will be purchased. The actual quantities may be lower, equal or higher compared to those estimated, depending on the real needs of the Contracting Authority. Value of the largest subsequent contract: 540,543,593.47 RON Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 18 days. Clarifications requested after this deadline will no longer be taken into account.
