Framework Agreement - Site Management and Supervision Services for investments carried out in Sector 5 of Bucharest Municipality

The Sector 5 (City Hall of Sector 5 Bucharest) in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The object of the procurement consists in signing a Framework Agreement, with a duration of 48 months from the date of entry into force of the Framework Agreement, which shall establish the terms, conditions as well as the legal, financial, technical and administrative framework for the award of subsequent Contracts, in order to ensure by the Bidders, in conditions of safety, efficiency and financial efficiency, the supervision services of the works, consisting of site management and Supervision, for the investments carried out in Sector 5 of the Municipality of Bucharest. The duration of the subsequent contracts concluded during the validity period of the framework agreement may exceed the duration of the framework agreement and extends until the complete completion of the activities that constitute their object, taking into account any forms of extension, in correlation with the investment for whose supervision the contracting authority contracts the services of this framework agreement. The minimum and maximum quantities estimated for the duration of the framework agreement as well as for a subsequent contract are described in the Specifications. Note: In this documentation, the notion of investment must be understood broadly and refers to works contracts carried out at the level of the contracting authority, for which the legal provisions impose the obligation to purchase services from the category of those that constitute the object of the framework agreement. The notion of investment, from the content of this documentation, does not refer to and should not be seen as a category of contracts whose financing is to be ensured strictly from the budget chapter for investments, but as a result of works contracts, regardless of the source of financing, and the budget chapter from which the financing is ensured, but which require, according to legal requirements, the provision of services from those that constitute the object of the framework agreement. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 6,819,182.14 lei excluding VAT Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 18 days. Clarifications requested after this deadline will no longer be taken into account.
