Memorii tehnice pentru toate locatiile de instalare ale sirenelor electronice; Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări: 15 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Clarificările solicitate după acest termen nu vor mai fi luate în considerare. Autoritatea Contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări, potrivit prevederilor art. 161 alin.
