The contracting authority will respond, clearly and completely, to ALL requests for clarifications/additional information within the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. 3. Requests for clarification will be sent ONLY via SEAP; 4. Replies to requests for clarification will be sent ONLY via SEAP with tender notice no. 707588-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
