Updated supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of all qualification and selection criteria, in accordance with the information contained in the DUAE, will be submitted only by the bidder ranked first, after applying the award criterion. The associates will be jointly and severally liable for the execution of the framework agreement/subsequent contract in accordance with its terms. The leader of the association is liable in his own name and on behalf of the association for the fulfillment of the contract.
