Teilor, bl. 19 The works contract subject to this award procedure will include the execution of works for energy renovation for the multi-family residential buildings in the City of Simeria, listed above. The duration of the public procurement contract will be a maximum of 8 months. During this time, all the works necessary for the energy renovation of the multi-family residential buildings listed above in the City of Simeria, which are the subject of this procedure, will be executed. The public procurement contract for works does not raise any special issues during the implementation period. Given that according to the Technical Project, energy efficiency works are to be carried out in 4 blocks, and the execution period is a maximum of 8 months, a period that also includes the cold period during which works cannot be performed, the works will be performed in parallel in at least 3 blocks at a time. The works that are the subject of this contract consist of the execution of all works necessary to achieve the investment objective, in accordance with the technical project, the execution details, the specifications by specialties, the lists of quantities, the drawings and the other documents of the project. The contractor is obliged to carry out the works in their entirety, including the main works and the secondary, related and auxiliary works necessary to ensure a complete, technically and functionally appropriate execution and for the commissioning of the objective. The works will be performed in compliance with the technical solutions provided for in the technical project, the execution details, the norms, standards, technical regulations and applicable legislation, as well as the manufacturers' instructions for the materials, products and equipment used. Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications submitted at least 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
