Integrated IT solution services within the project "Digital Public Services Platform for the National Anti-Doping Agency"

The AGENTIA NATIONALA ANTI-DOPING in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Procurement of services for the development and implementation of the Digital Public Services Platform for the National Anti-Doping Agency, as well as hardware products, software licenses and cybersecurity solutions necessary for its operation, within the project code SMIS 342867. By providing the requested services, the contracting authority aims to digitize the public services provided by ANAD to a sophistication level of 4, which will ensure advanced digital interaction between ANAD and the beneficiaries of the public services provided by it. The acquisition is planned within the project "Digital Public Services Platform for the National Anti-Doping Agency", SMIS Code 342867, financed by the Smart Growth, Digitalization and Financial Instruments Program 2021–2027 (PoCIDIF). In the context of the acceleration of digital transformation at European and national level, as well as the increase in operational efficiency requirements, ANAD initiates a large-scale project for the digitization of public services offered, entitled "Digital Public Services Platform for the National Anti-Doping Agency". The need for the project is determined by the limits of the current IT infrastructure and the absence of an integrated digital framework for interaction with the beneficiaries of anti-doping services. By implementing this project, ANAD aims to become a model of good practices in public administration, offering efficient and modern services that meet the current and future needs of civil servants and citizens.
