Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police Timișoara; 3. Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police Giurgiu; 4. Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police Oradea; 5. Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police Iași; 6. Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police Sighetu Marmației; 7. Initial and Continuous Training School for Border Police Personnel in Iași; 8. Border Police Personnel Training School Drobeta – Turnu Severin; 9. Border Police Agent Training School "Avram IANCU" Oradea. During the term of the framework agreement, the General Inspectorate of the Border Police and the associated contracting authorities will be able to conclude subsequent contracts, within the limits of the quantities provided for in the framework agreement and depending on the approved budgetary funds. The term of the framework agreement is 24 months from the date of its signing by the last party, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications. The delivery term for each subsequent contract is 180 days from the date of its signing by the last party. The estimated quantity that will be the subject of the framework agreement: - minimum 1 cpl. and maximum 15 cpl. The estimated quantity that will be the subject of a subsequent contract: - minimum 1 cpl. and maximum 3 cpl. The estimated frequency of concluding a subsequent contract is one contract every 6 months. The value of the largest subsequent contract will be 777,721.17 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, only once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, to the extent that these requests were submitted within the deadline mentioned in SECTION I, namely 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, as follows: – Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 19; – Deadline for the authority to respond to requests for clarification/additional information – the 11th day; In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 on the method of submitting requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documentation / responses formulated in the case of conducting public procurement contract award procedures through electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as these will become public when the response is transmitted by the contracting authority! with tender notice no. 668588-2026 published on 30 Sep 2026.
