The REGIA NATIONALA A PADURILOR - ROMSILVA RA in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Economic operators will be able to request clarifications 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification additional information on the 5th day before the deadline for submitting offers Legal basis in accordance with the provisions of art 160-161 of Law no 98 2016 The lists of the quantities of services to be provided are attached to the specifications for each lot The operations consist of - felling sectioning gathering bringing close to the primary platform - cleaning the parquet floors according to the Instructions approved by OMMP no 1540 2011 with subsequent amendments and additions - sorting the wood mass in the primary platform into working wood and firewood and or industrial assortments as well as its sectioning and preparation for loading - if the technological project also provides for the road transport of the timber to the warehouse these are attached to the specifications for each lot The exploitation of the timber is carried out by economic operators certified for forestry exploitation as well as by natural persons under the conditions provided for in art 101 paragraph 3 letter a of Law no 331 2024 republished with subsequent amendments The exploitation of the timber is carried out on the basis of the exploitation authorization with the maximum duration of exploitation of the timber which is provided for in annex no 2 of OM 1540 2011 The authorization for the exploitation of the lots will be made depending on the stage of the new legal procedures for the approval by the APM of the forestry arrangements with tender notice no. 669044-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
