The NATIONAL ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION COMPANY SA through DRDP CLUJ in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Maintenance works on the summer season road surface, embankments, emergency lanes and buffer lanes on DRDP Cluj, the minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement are found in the Annex to the tender documentation/Work Plan. Estimated value of the framework agreement for a period of 4 years: The maximum value of the framework agreement is 99,161,690.00 lei without VAT. The minimum value of the framework agreement is 9,916,169.00 lei without VAT, according to the estimates in Annex 2. The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: minimum 10 subsequent contracts per year and maximum 20 per year. The value of the smallest subsequent contract is: 350,757.63 lei without VAT. The value of the largest subsequent contract is: 3,507,576.25 lei without VAT. The limits of modifications to the framework agreement will comply with Law 98/2016 and will respect the situations stipulated in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016. The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the contract in accordance with Article 221 of Law 98/2016, provided that these modifications do not fall under the provisions of Article 221 paragraph (7) of Law no. 98/2016, i.e., do not represent a substantial modification. Deadlines for submitting/responses to clarification requests/supplementary information: A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline for any interested economic operator to request clarifications or supplementary information related to the tender documentation is a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 161 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline for the contracting authority to respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests/supplementary information is 11 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. *Any clarification request submitted after the date specified in point A) will place the contracting authority in an impossible situation to provide a response within the deadline specified in point B) and therefore any clarification request within the specified deadlines will be considered late. with tender notice no. 686618-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
