Maintenance services for passenger and freight elevators

The UM 0929 Bucuresti in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of maintenance services for passenger and freight elevators, as follows: Lot 1 – Maintenance of elevators under the ASCENSORUL brand in Bucharest; Lot 2 – Maintenance of elevators under the IFMA brand in Bucharest; Lot 3 – Maintenance of elevators under the ORONA brand in Bucharest; Lot 4 – Maintenance of elevators under the Ptf. Daldoss brand in Bucharest; Lot 5 – Maintenance of elevators under the ROMVERSIS TOP brand in Bucharest; Lot 6 – Maintenance of elevators under the SCHINDLER brand in Bucharest; Lot 7 – Maintenance of elevators under the VOEM brand in Bucharest; Lot 8 – Maintenance of elevators under the VALCRIS brand in Bucharest; Lot 9 – Maintenance of elevators under the SKG METALLSCHEIDER brand in Bucharest; Lot 10 – Maintenance of platform-type elevators under the Danfos brand in Bucharest; Lot 11 – Maintenance of Kleeman Group brand platform elevators in Bucharest; Lot 12 – Maintenance of Shanghai SAYIE 1 brand platform elevators in Bucharest; Lot 13 – Maintenance of IFMA brand elevators in Ilfov County; Lot 14 – Maintenance of NEPTUN brand elevators in Ilfov County; Lot 15 – Maintenance of IFMA brand elevators in Vâlcea County; Lot 16 – Maintenance of MAC PUARSA brand elevators in Vâlcea County; Lot 17 – Maintenance of HAS ASANSOR brand elevators in Constanţa County; Lot 18 – Maintenance of IFMA brand elevators in Constanţa County; Lot 19 – Maintenance of OTIS brand elevators in Giurgiu County; Within the procurement procedure, among the three contracting authorities, the purchaser is UM 0929 Bucharest. The framework agreement/agreements will be concluded between UM 0929 Bucharest, as the promissory purchaser, UM 0461 Bucharest, UM 0521 Bucharest and UM 0418 Bucharest, as the promissory beneficiaries-payers and the successful tenderer, as the promissory provider. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority - the purchaser will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
