The REGISTRUL AUTO ROMAN - R.A. in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the framework agreement consists of the Microsoft Infrastructure Update, namely the acquisition of subscriptions natively compatible with technologies already in operation, such as: • Microsoft 365; • Exchange Online; • Microsoft Azure consumption services or equivalent solutions that demonstrate full interoperability, without affecting the functionalities of internal applications and without additional costs for the Contracting Authority, including by the Contractor making the necessary adaptations, if the equivalent solution involves such operations. The acquisition is carried out from its own funds. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation (art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016 and art. 103 paragraph (1) of GD 395 with subsequent amendments and completions), respecting a deadline of 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. - The contracting authority will respond in a consolidated, clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders (art. 160 para. (2) and 161 para. (1) of Law 98/2016 and art. 27 para. (2)-(4) and art. 103 para.
