MODERNIZATION AND REHABILITATION OF THE STREET INFRASTRUCTURE, PUBLIC LIGHTING SYSTEM AND URBAN FURNITURE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUCHAREST

The ADMINISTRATIA STRAZILOR BUCURESTI in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The object of the procurement consists in signing a Framework Agreement that establishes the terms, conditions, as well as the legal, financial, technical and administrative framework for the development of subsequent contracts, in order to ensure by the Bidders, in conditions of safety, efficiency and financial efficiency, the execution of the necessary works. The general objective and purpose of the works is to ensure safe and civilized road and pedestrian traffic in the Municipality of Bucharest, simultaneously with the modernization of the public lighting system and the rehabilitation of urban furniture. The economic operator will have to ensure functional, good quality infrastructures, in accordance with current standards. Finally, the economic operator will present representative, eloquent plans, sketches and post-execution details, approved by the designer and consultant, drawn up in such a way as to allow simple identification in the field and an accurate measurement of the quantities of works in order to make a correct settlement. The settlement is made on the basis of the quantities actually executed, measured in the field and confirmed by the site supervisor. NOTE: According to the provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, the contracting authority establishes 1 deadline - the limit within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the requests for clarification/additional information of the tenderers as follows: The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers with tender notice no. 681826-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
