The ARTE SI EVENIMENTE URBANE BUCURESTI in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The contract covers services for organizing the Bucharest Christmas Fair 2026, in Constitution Square in the Municipality of Bucharest. The Provider undertakes to organize the fair as a unitary ensemble, having the obligation to design the layout, to take over the decorative elements (goods) of the Contracting Authority from the Arteca warehouse (Jilava), to check, repair and transport them. It also places and decorates the elements of the fair (houses, food tables, access gates, Christmas Tree, Santa Clauss House, light tunnels and decorative ensembles), carries out the electrical installations and puts them into operation. During the event, the Provider ensures the proper functioning of all elements, installations, and at the end has the obligation to decommission the fair and return/transport the goods to the Contracting Authoritys warehouse. The provision of services covers the organization - arrangement of the Fair, during the period 02.11.2026 – 26.11.2026, 14:00 (stage I); the operation of the fair, during the period 27.11.2026 – 27.12.2026 (stage II); decommissioning, during the period 27.12.2026 – 10.01.2027, 20:00 (stage III). If the signing of the contract takes place after 02.11.2026, the deadlines are postponed accordingly. The minimum and mandatory requirements are provided in the specifications. The services are part of Annex no. 2 to Law no. 98/2016, and the contract is awarded through the Contracting Authoritys own procedure, according to art. 68 para.
