The CLINICAL JUDEMENTAL URGENT HOSPITAL BRASOV in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Packaging used for the collection, transport and final disposal of hazardous medical waste - 4 lots. Brașov County Clinical Emergency Hospital is a public health unit with legal personality, subordinated to the Brașov County Council, having as its object of activity the provision of emergency medical services and carries out its activity in accordance with the provisions of Law 95/2006 on the reform in the field of health, with subsequent amendments and completions. Within this procedure, Brașov County Clinical Emergency Hospital fulfills the role of Contracting Authority, respectively Contracting Authority within the Contract. For the purpose of this section of the Award Documentation, any activity described in a specific chapter of the Terms of Reference and not explicitly specified in another chapter, must be interpreted as being mentioned in all chapters where the Bidder considers that it should have been mentioned to ensure the fulfillment of the object of the Contract. The products that are the subject of this procurement are Packaging used for the collection, transport and final disposal of hazardous medical waste, used within the hospital. Given that the number of packaging is variable and it is not known at this time how many will be purchased, the framework agreement was chosen. This allows the contracting authority to award subsequent contracts, monthly or quarterly, depending on the specific needs of materials and the funds that will be allocated for the purchase of these sanitary materials (own income, health programs financed from the CASJ budget). The total estimated value excluding VAT is 2,970,896.86 lei. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement can be found in the specifications on pages 5 - 6. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities that are the subject of the framework agreement, as well as those that are the subject of the largest subsequent contract, can be found in the specifications, point 3.3.1. The requirements imposed are minimal and mandatory. The tender that does not comply with the mandatory requirements set out in the specifications will be considered non-compliant and will be rejected. Technical specifications indicating a specific manufacturer, a specific origin or a specific process or referring to brands, patents, types, a specific origin or production or standards are mentioned only for the easy identification of the characteristics of the products to be purchased and do NOT have the effect of favoring or eliminating certain economic operators. These specifications will always be considered as having the mention "or equivalent". A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 24 months. The deadline by which economic operators may request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
