Development of a modern university campus in Florești commune, integrated into the functional urban area of Cluj-Napoca municipality, in order to increase the capacity for schooling, alleviate the educational infrastructure in the municipality and consolidate Florești as a residential and educational hub in the metropolitan area. Specific project objective: 1. Increase the university infrastructure capacity by creating modern educational spaces (classrooms, laboratories, related facilities) adapted to the demographic growth and academic demand in the metropolitan area. 2. Alleviate the educational infrastructure in Cluj-Napoca municipality and consolidate Florești as an educational hub within the functional urban area. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline for any interested economic operator to request clarifications or additional information regarding the assignment documentation is 22 days prior to the deadline for submitting tenders. The contracting authority establishes that the deadline for responding to all clarification requests is 11 days prior to the deadline for submitting tenders. The contracting authority states that it will respond to economic operators clarification requests by the deadline set in the Participation Notice. Communication and data transmission rules: Clarification requests must be addressed exclusively through SEAPs "Questions" section within the assignment procedure using electronic means, and responses to these requests will be published on SEAP both in the "Documentation and Clarifications" section and to each economic operator that requested clarification within the simplified participation notice.
