Sludge recovery plant by composting at the Urziceni Wastewater Treatment Plant” include: • Design activities referring to the detailed technical project; the project will include, among others, all the necessary documents (such as memoranda, drawings, calculations, etc.) for the elaboration of the Technical Project, in accordance with national legislation and any documentation necessary for obtaining construction permits. • Construction works for: Object no. 4-6.01 Extension of the wastewater treatment plant in the town of Urziceni - Extension of the existing Urziceni waste water treatment plant with a new treatment line having a capacity of 9276 PE and a flow rate of Quzimax= 1357.71 m3/day. The treatment process of the expansion will be a mechanical - biological one with advanced treatment, the secondary stage being a treatment process with sequential operation and continuous feeding, with the removal of carbon-based organic substances and nitrogen and the biological and chemical removal of phosphorus and sludge dehydration up to 22%SU in the existing facilities on the sludge line of the existing station. - Acquisition: Front loader, Fixed intervention generator set fully equipped (including control panel and AAR) • Construction works for: Object no. 7-3.01 Sludge recovery plant by composting at the Urziceni wastewater treatment plant - Introduction of a composting plant into the technological flow of the sludge treatment line of the Urziceni wastewater treatment plant that will have a capacity of approximately 3820 t/year (11465 m3/year) of which approximately 2684 t/year (2548 m3/year) sludge and approximately 1136 t/year (11465 m3/year) aggregate (green waste) - Acquisition: Sludge transport vehicles to the composting plant for 7 m3 containers; Front loader; Tractor with front loader and forks; 7 m3 sludge collection container. • Technical assistance from the designer • Preparation of documentation for obtaining the Water Management Authorization All activities must be carried out in compliance with the legislation and technical regulations in force, applicable to the specifics of the investment objective. The intellectual property rights over the design documentation are fully transferred to the beneficiary, upon receipt of the documentation. The technical and economic documentation provided is prepared by economic operators or authorized individuals who provide design services in the field.
