FOR EACH LOT: the objective of the Framework Agreement for each lot, to be awarded by the Contracting Authority, is to establish a rapid and efficient mechanism for concluding Subsequent Contracts for the provision (purchase) of Government Digital Service Application Migration services to IaaS/PaaS solutions, in CPG, including cybersecurity assessment services according to its needs and within the budget allocated for this purpose. Total estimated value: Between RON 288,668,898.76 excluding VAT and RON 867,479,705.67 excluding VAT (total estimated value of all lots together). The total estimated minimum value associated with the minimum estimated quantities is RON 288,668,898.76 excluding VAT. The total maximum value associated with the maximum quantities is RON 867,479,705.67 excluding VAT. The estimated maximum value of the Framework Agreement is expressed as a range. The maximum estimated value of the procurement represents the maximum total value of the Framework Agreement resulting from this procedure for its entire duration (the maximum total cumulative value of both lots).
