The general objective of the project "Regeneration and revitalization of Chindia Park, including the modernization of the Zoo in order to improve the green-blue infrastructure in the Municipality of Târgoviște" aims to reconfigure the urban space and redevelop unused and degraded spaces, thus significantly contributing to the creation and development of sustainable and balanced urban areas from an economic, social, cultural and territorial point of view, to improving the living conditions of the inhabitants of the Municipality of Târgoviște, including the population visiting the locality and its surroundings for tourist, business and transit purposes, to ensuring the quality of living by rehabilitating a recreational and leisure area with green spaces and public facilities, intended for all age and socio-professional categories, to increasing the attractiveness of the Municipality of Târgoviște for the population and economic agents and consolidating the attractive socio-economic climate and reducing the level of pollution, including noise, and improving the aesthetic appearance of the Municipality of Târgoviște Estimated value contract: 382,403.10i lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information addressed by economic operators, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, according to art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, in conjunction with art. 27 paragraph (3) of GD 395/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, to the extent that these requests will be addressed by the deadline of 17 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
