Execution of works related to the investment objective: 136,105,043.14 lei without VAT, comprising: - C+M value: 113,615,346.64 lei without VAT; - Equipment: 5,597,120.00 lei without VAT. The project budget includes various and unforeseen expenses, in accordance with the General Budgets prepared by the designer in the DALI phase for HOSPITAL "GEORGE EMIL PALADE" and in the SF phase for TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINESS INCUBATOR, with a maximum value of 16,969,140.11 lei without VAT. Provisional sums are not applicable (Clause 49.3 of the Contract). There is no overlap between the provisional sums and the various and unforeseen expenses. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders: 21.
