Any economic operator has the right to request additional clarifications or information, signed with extended electronic signature, only by SEAP, within a maximum of 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, config art. 27 paragraph (3) of GD 395/2016. To the extent that the request for clarifications or the additional information was addressed within the above time, the contracting authority will be clearly and completely respond to all the requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, Conf art. 27 paragraph (3) of GD 395/2016, which will not occur to the requests addressed by another communication method or another term than the one established.
